Description
In 1979 The Melton Brothers Band with Ms. Alfie Moss released a private pressing of their LP: "Livin’ in the City".
The album featured music that was recorded live at:
The Open Air Bash, Red Fox Inn, Toughenamon, PA.,July 23, 1978;
The Cabaret, West Chester, PA., August 18, 1978; and
Bacchus, University of Delaware, Newark, DE., September 15, 1978. Only 1500 copies of this record were ever commissioned from MDM Communications, and due to budgetary reasons a mere 250 featured a colored cover.
This is a pristine copy of the original printing, complete with its original cover. I personally bought this album new from the band in’79 and have played it only once in the 30 odd years that I have owned it. It comes from a smoke-free home. The record label features a minor blemish on side one, due to a manufacturing error. But aside from this blemish, the record, cover, and sleeve are all in immaculate condition.
