Condition: Sleeve VG bottom edge split 2/3rds, top edge 1" from opening / Vinyl VG+ plays great; first pressing

This record comes from a group of about 100 LPs and 200 45s I recently acquired in New Jersey. The collector's mother was from Hoboken, NJ and the family was friendly with Jimmy Roselli. Roselli used to take the collector and all his friends from the block to the race track and let them place nickel bets on 30 to 1s. They used to joke him about "not selling as many records as Frank even though he's dead!" The mother collected doowop, rock'n'roll and pop 45s and LPs during the early 45s. Many of the pressings are rare although some of the records are worn (see condition).But the collection also has a number of sealed/unopened albums from the 70's in it! Shipping:
USA: First Class mail $3.50 for the first 45, $0.50 for each additional 45. Up to 8 45s in one shipment. I can NOT ship more than 8 together !
Canada: $12 for the first 45, $0.50 each additional up to 8 45s combined in one shipment.
Rest of the World: $15 for the first 45, $1 each additional up to 8 45s combined in one shipment.

45s and LPs shipped together with be invoiced at the LP rate. 
International packages over $65 in value require Priority Mail: $45 for the first record with insurance, $4 each additional. Packages will arrive faster than first class and will be fully insured.

GRADING (Done visually, based on Goldmine)

Near Mint (NM or M-)
The record should show no obvious signs of wear and will be glossy/shiny. A sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. No cracks, scratches or warps.

Excellent (EX or VG++)
One or two light marks visible on the disc at most, otherwise full gloss. No cracks, scratches or warps. Sleeve shows 1-2 marks, nothing too major, maybe at the edges.

Very Good Plus (VG+)
A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled.

Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Maybe also slight warps that do not affect the sound.

Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly bent corners, or a slight seam split.

Very Good (VG)
Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during the intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.

Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers.

Good (G), Good Plus (G+)
A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches and groove wear. Tape, writing, seam splits, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.

What's Included With Your Record Purchase
Please read my description thoroughly. The only items included with your purchase are the ones described in the listing. If something is not mentioned in the description, it is probably not included with the item (for example, original inner sleeves, inserts, posters, etc). If you're not sure, send me a message.
I ship all records in new, sturdy mailers with cardboard filler pads. I separate the discs from the sleeves to avoid damage during shipping. I pack the covers in new thin plastic sleeves and the discs in new white paper sleeves
