Description
MEGA-RARE! ORIGINAL UK 1963 COPY of the FIRST LP from Mary Wells "Two Lovers"(Oriole PS 40045) MONO. Just how often will you see this on offer? Released in 1963, BEFORE Motown had it's own distribution label, this debut LP from Mary Wells contains such classics as "The Day Will Come", "Two Lovers", "Stop Right There" etc etc. Superb!! The vinyl is in EX CONDITION, save for a small surface "scuff" that causes some very mild background crackle at the beginning of "You Beat Me To The Punch" but nothing serious, otherwise it plays fine!! The sleeve is also in EX CONDITION, nicely laminated at the front, and with just one small spot of mild damage on the bottom right corner of the rear lower flipback, plus some very mild corner wear on the two bottom corners(see scan).
