Description

So far so good...but what do you get? Deep breath, here goes:

    • Deluxe box set made using a 3D lenticular lense on the front cover
    • 2 personally signed photo's of Dave and the band (my addition, not available anywhere else!!)
    • 3 CD's of the Peace Sells... album in incredibly differing mixes
    • 1 CD of the unreleased gig in Cleveland, 1987
    • 1 CD of hi-res audio of remixed album and concert
    • 1 vinyl LP (180 gram) of Peace Sells...  in its 2011 remix form
    • 2 vinyl LPs (180 gram) containing the entire gig from the Phantasy Theatre in 1987
    • 20-page book with foreward by Lars Ulrich and crammed with info and pics of the album and tour
    • 8”x10” photos and reproductions of vintage Megadeth memorabilia and concert posters/tickets
A strictly limited run, this is the ultimate package for an album that has become part of metal folk-lore and will be a hugely sought after item.

   Record Collector- August 2011 - ****

"Here's the first great Megadeth album, repackaged as a 5-CD-plus-3-LP luxury edition as well as a standard double-disc version. The album's high points are the title track, The Conjuring and Devil's Island, but there's not a duff cut on here. The bonus material is splendid - remastered tracks from 2004, unreleased Randy Burns mixes and more live stuff, depending on the version - but at its core, Peace Sells... is still about those eight, very pissed-off, very good songs."

   Q - September 2011 - ****

"Classic thrash gets proper remastering for 25th birthday. Alongside Slayer's Reign In Blood and Metallica's Master Of Puppets, Peace Sells...was the third of 1986's pivotal thrash releases. Steeped in frontman Dave Mustaine's anti-government cynicism, it was also the most articulate."
Very sad to be selling this, but circumstances demand it. I have opened it to replace the LP sleeves with better ones and to add the signed photos but that is all....it is in 'as new' condition.
Please feel free to ask any questions...and thanks for looking!!
