Company sleeve has some creases and large split on bottom.
Sleeve has some slight creases on spines and opening. No split or tears. Still intact. EX
Record has only a few spindle marks and a few very minor slight scuffs, otherwise excellent. EX+
Over all excellent condition as this age.
