vinyl: VG++ (Music plays STRONG & LOUD throughout both sides with no notable loud or distracting noises or pops. Please do listen to the samples taken directly from the actual 45. Record is still very shiny & beautiful overall. There's a handful of light surface scuffs/scratches/marks, but nothing at all deep or effecting the strength of play. Truly a wonderful playing 45 throughout, plays a strong excellent. Labels look fantastic on both sides with no actual signs of wear at all to mention. Really Nice!!!)

picture sleeve: VG+ (There is one clean seam split in the middle of the bottom edge approximately an inch in length, not visible when viewing from the front or back. Also there is a bit of creasing around the corners as well as a little bit of shelf wear, but nothing at all horrible or distracting from the overall beauty. No writing, stickers, tears or other notable signs of wear. Looks great!)

This is the stuff of Michigan Garage proto-punk dreams, an absolute holy grail 45 by a legendary Detroit group. I've set the opening bid very low with no reserve.
