Description

The infamous "DAWN OF THE BLACK HEARTS" LP from MAYHEM. The full gig from Sarpsborg, Norway on 28/2/1990, recorded with the CULT and classic Mayhem line-up of DEAD,NECROBUTCHER,EURONYMOUS and HELLHAMMER.

This LP rose to infamy because of the tragic vocalist DEAD, who decided to end it all in 1991.EURONYMOUS and HELLHAMMER found him and took this picture on the cover.A couple of paragraphs of quotes from EURONYMOUS about the find are printed on the back sleeve. It makes fascinating reading. There are also rare pictures on the back and on the labels. The recordings themselves are classic, and highlight the talent of the vocalist , with his possessed style.

The LP is in excellent condition, and is the ORIGINAL first pressing, with the glossy sleeve. I purchased this from NEW, and it has been carefully stored. This LP is a must for serious Mayhem/Black Metal collectors.
