It is in great condition with no scratches. The label copy sheet is included that shows the track and production info. It comes in the original generic white jacket from the factory. I obtained this from a former Warner Brothers employee in the early 1980's and it has been in my collection ever since. It comes from a smoke and pet free home.
It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
