Description
"Blue Lines"...
Their groundbreaking first album issued under the shortened name of "Massive"..
It's hard to find on vinyl...Almost impossible to find complete with the original "mailer" style outer sleeve...
Issued in 1991 on Wild Bunch Records...WBRLP 1... With a picture inner sleeve..(this is MISSING from my copy) and an outer card sleeve...UK pressing.
The record looks VG as both sides have a few light scuffs and hairlines...It also has an edge warp...
BUT...The warp does not throw the stylus off the disc!...See the video....
As with all my records,I play them all the way through with a Shure cart tracking at 2G...You need to know exactly what you are getting and I am not going to guess how it sounds by a quick glance!...
This has a few issues on playing...Both sides are noisey on the intro....There are a few pops and it's a bit crackly on the quite passages....It doesn't stick or jump...So a play grade of VG.
The labels are undamaged and all the text is clearly legible...There are moderate spindle trails.....
The mailer has a little wear around the edges but no major defects....
The picture sleeve has only light edge/cornerwear....
A complete MINT set of this could set you back a few hundred...This isn't mint....So...A start of £25.00 with a BIN price of £165?......
