VINYL
The vinyl is in truly beautiful Near Mint condition all round.  I never use the grading Mint, but you really won't get any better than this.

LABELS
The Apple labels are in clean and perfect condition on both sides.  There are no scuffs, stickers or writing.  DEMO RECORD is printed on both sides of the label.

INNER SLEEVE
The record comes in the original Apple inner sleeve, which contains the text:  "IMPORTANT NOTICE COPYRIGHT EXISTS IN ALL APPLE RECORDINGS....." .  This is also in excellent condition, completely intact, no tears or seam-splits, no bad creasing.

COVER
The cover was printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.  It is in excellent condition.  There are no scuffs, stickers or writing, no seam-splits, no spine or edge wear, the opening edges are still crisp and sharp with no feathering, rear of the sleeve is still clean and white.  There are a couple of light creases on the rear of the sleeve, top right corner and bottom left corner, but nothing bad.  All pictures and text are clear and bright.

This is a beautiful example of a very rare and Beatles related collectable Apple Demo.
