PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


WILDLY RARE original? Don Holden mastered Superior gatefold first? pressing from 1971? on Tamla with two pressing rings, TVC (Tracy-Val Corporation) dead wax etchings, 2-D matrix suffix stamped in the dead wax on both sides and Save The Children, the fourth song on side one, UNNUMBERED on the label!!!  Release year is assumed to be 1971 but cannot be confirmed as there isn't a single entry for this pressing anywhere in the massive, sprawling Discogs database whatsoever.  I have has well over 100 copies of this LP pass through my hands in my 45 years of collecting and selling and I have never seen this variant before.  THAT'S how you know it's rare.  LP is a nice VG with some very light paper scuffs.  Cover is a VERY nice VG with some light edge wear.


I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED)  NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
