Description

A great opportunity to buy a copy of a 7 inch VINYL EP from the 60's by various Motown artists called "R & B Chartmakers". It features Martha and The Vandellas, The Miracles, Marvin Gaye and The Marvelettes singing one track each.

This is a U.K. pressing released in January 1964 on the Stateside label (SE 1009). It has a total of 4 tracks (see photos for track listing).

The vinyl is in a lovely, clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition. I always grade and examine records under a bright table lamp and there are a few light surface marks evident, but nothing serious. I have played both sides and they play fine and sound great.

The labels are completely clean and free from any writing, marks or major defects.

The laminated picture cover is overall in a VERY GOOD condition.There is just a hint of ring-wear evident when tilted towards the light and slight ageing on the unlaminated back cover. There is a 6mm tear on the back cover at the opening edge (see photo), otherwise it is a great example of a rare and highly collectable EP.
