Up for auction, a beautiful original copy of It's Revival Time with the Marvettes (title is just Revival Time on front cover) released on Coxsone Dodd's Tabernacle label with catalog number TLP 0 X 1006. There's no date on the record or cover but discogs.com lists this as a 1968 release. The thick vinyl is in strong vg+ or m- condition, with some light streaking and some little pressing defects scattered here and there, but looks amazing, with only a couple of very light hairlines. Plays cleanly with some very light surface noise. The label is peeling a little bit on side 2. The thick cardstock cover is also in spectacular vg+ or m- condition, with no seam splits or rub wear, only some very light wear to corners. The colors and resolution look amazing, screenprinted over a very thick cardstock with a kind of faux-leather textured surface. The run-out grooves have CSDODD 4-4 / CSDODD 4-3 etched into them.
