ECHAPPEMENT LIBRE
directed by JEAN BECKER, France 1964
David Ladislas, a career smuggler, is hired to transport a large consignment of gold into Lebanon in his sports car. Olga, his partner in the operation, is surprised when he decides to keep the gold for himself and go on the run but she decides to play along with him. Meanwhile, David’s scheme has been rumbled by his employers, who send armed killers after him...

Paris, July 1964
Jacket : VG
Light cardboard laminated cover, in very good condition, with marked crease near top right corner, visible also on the back cover; upper flipback affected by the same crease, seams and spine without wear; extremely light ring wear on front/back.
On the back cover are also noticeable a yellowing rectangular spot, due to old tape now removed and a circular stamp in red on white background.
Vinyl : VG/VG +
The shiny vinyl looks played with care, with a few visual little rubs visible on both sides and producing occasional and very light background noise; two visible scratches on A1 produce a very soft click at regular interval, which, in my opinion, doesn't affect the enjoyment of the music. Please, listen to my soundclips.
Catalogue/Label :
EP VEGA V 45 P 2128 original first and only french pressing.
On both labels is visible the same circular stamp in red on white background and a circular spot, due to circular sticker, now removed.
Please, look at my label scans.
GRADING CODE
Grading is VISUAL, under a bright light.
NM (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint".
EX (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly).
VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise.
VG Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart.
VG-(Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues.
G Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold AS-IS.
DISCOMANE will guarantee an absolute conservative record grading
