Massive northern soul 45 gem featuring THE MARTELLS with CLIFFORD RUSSELL on the A LA CARTE label out of Knoxville, Tennessee, from 1968.
Titles are “Where Can My Baby Be” and “Tears On My Pillow.”
This is a stock copy pressed on vinyl, label is yellow/orange with black print. Catalog number is M-239. “Nashville Matrix” is machine stamped in the trailoff area.
Guaranteed to be authentic and original. I do not sell bootlegs or modern reissues.
Condition is nice VG+ with nearly full original gloss. Has some light surface scuffs and a few slight hairlines that produce some soft tics especially at the outset, but subside once the music gets underway. Overall a very nice sounding record with superb fidelity as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips. Labels are clean and pristine.
