Description
Marillion : Misplaced Childhood (Signed A1/B1 1st Press)
This has been signed by Fish, Steve R, Mark, Pete and Ian in gold pen on the front cover. It has a "Manufacturers Property - Not For Sale" sticker on the back cover so perhaps was issued as a promo. As detailed below the audio is of Mint standard and most probably unplayed.

Visual grading
The vinyl has a perfect glossy sheen to it and yes is very possibly unplayed. There are no hairlines or scratches and no spindle wear on either label. Visually it is 'as new' and plays like it and the run out grooves are mega clean also. There is a very minor 'lift' on it but not what I would call a warp.
Play grading
The audio across both sides is immaculate. The clarity is stunning and there is just no interference at all. There is no lead in static on either side and I would not be surprised if my play grading was the first time it had ever seen a turntable. All sections play with sublime quality and as an example the very quiet 'Perimeter Walk' passage on S2 has not one dust tick, click or pop whatsoever. The audio is the best I have heard in 32 years i.e. since it was first released! I very rarely grade as Mint but this audio deserves that accolade.
The cover
The gatefold is in lovely condition. The edges are very clean with only a minor touch of rubbing in a couple of places and the wide spine is perfect. The signatures are on the front cover in fine gold pen and a little of the 'gold' has found its way onto the back cover. The gatefold is very clean throughout and the inside is immaculate. As stated there is a "Manufacturers Property - Not For Sale" sticker on the reverse.
The labels & Inner Sleeve
The labels are in perfect condition with no marking and no spindle wear at all. The original black polylined inner sleeve is also in superb shape.
