MARIA CALLAS - SINGS GREAT ARIAS FROM FRENCH OPERAS. (please scroll to the bottom of the listing for high-res images)
An absolutely flawless copy of this highly collectable record. This is as good as it will ever get. Played once or twice and then stored properly for 63 years. Comes with original insert which is also in immaculate condition.

GRADING:
SLEEVE: EX + Sleeve is in near to immaculate condition. Would grade as near mint but for a slight discolouration on the top of the flipback along aperture (see picture at bottom of listing). Absolutely stunning. No fading, one very slight hint of a fold but this is not visable unless you really look for it. No feathering around aperture, no breaks in laminate, no flattening of spine. BEAUTIFUL. Comes with original insert of notes and lyrics, this is also in EX+ condition. Very small snag to bottom of booklett but no discolouration or folds.
VINYL: NM Looks to have never been played. No spindle marks on label. STUNNING. I guarantee that you will never find better.
The above record grading is based on Record Collector magazine system:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
