 updated info...

Well a few enquiries and a few more possibilities, but without the full sleeve and all the text nothing can be certain.   It's possible that the repeated word 'limited' is a reference to compression - they used to call it limiters, or filters, in the seventies.   The tiny word 'louder' with the arrow in Marc's hand could be that he just felt they could get more level out of it.   rtb could mean right treble bass - a reference to the eq setting for the right-hand output.   I'm trying to track down who Barbara might have been, possibly a technician?
