Deep House Side 1 - Track 1. Per Sognare Side 1 - Track 2. Big Balearic Side 1 - Track 3. ACID Side 2 - Track 1. Pammy's Craft (Azure version) Side 2 - Track 2. Pammy's Craft (Malik Kassim aka Retromigration remix)

Given that he's called his latest EP 'The Dream House Factory', you'd expect sometime Semi Delicious and Public Possession contributor Manuel Darquart's latest EP to pay tribute to the loved-up grooves, sonic colour and saucer-eyed vibes of turn-of-the-90s Italian deep house. It does, of course, with the London-based producer delivering a swathe of authentic-sounding nods to this most tactile and smile-inducing of micro-genres. Opener 'Per Signore' and the killer cut that follows, 'Big Balearic', both stick closely to this nostalgic template, with 'Acid' combining some of these sonics with rugged TB-303 lines and more jacking drum machine beats. Over on side B, we get two takes on 'Pammy's Craft' - Darquart's own chiming, touchy-feely 'Azure' version, and a deeper, string-laden and thoroughly kaleidoscopic deep house tweak courtesy of Malik Kassim aka Retromigration.
