Manfred Sings Love Songs With a New Accent (Voss and Werlang Records)

Another super scarce private, outsider record - this is, without a doubt, one of my favorites. The singer is Manfred, and he's singing the music and lyrics by an elderly gentleman named Arthur E. Werlang. Manfred's voice is bionic, with a heavy eastern European accent. The result is....outrageously weird. You have not lived until you've heard "TEENAGER, HOPE OF A BETTER WORLD."
