Description

MAJORITY ONE: Game/I See Her Everywhere (Pink Elephant PE 22.634-H, HOLLAND 1972) This band evolved out of the U.K. group The Majority, who issued eight singles on Decca between 1965 and 1968. After a lot of personnel turnovers and a spell backing Barry Ryan, the group moved to France and issued one final single, "Charlotte Rose". In 1970 they changed their name to Majority One, issue-ing a few singles and a self-titled album in 1971. The group was very active in Holland. This is their great final 45, a great two-sider much influenced by late-'60s Beatles and Bee Gees. "I See Her Everywhere" was also issued on their LP, but "Game" isn't (and strangely this song was also NOT included on RPM's RANBOW ROCKIN' CHAIR collection CD from 2005). Strict grading.
