I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE UK TEST DOUBLE SIDED PORTLAND STUDIOS ACETATE single by the band MAGNUM from 1982, ORIGINAL DOUBLE SIDED ACETATE IN BARELY PLAYED CONDITION AND A MUST !!!
This is the DOUBLE SIDED ACETATE for the MAGNUM tracks "BACK TO EARTH / HOLD BACK YOUR LOVE" from 1982, NO MORE THEN A HANDFUL OF THESE WERE MADE !!!. DON'T MISS ON THIS ORIGINAL DOUBLE SIDED MAGNUM ACETATE.
This is DOUBLE ACETATE that was sent to a radio station in 1982 to get early plays, no more then a handful of these were made !!!
The acetate also comes with a TYPED LETTER from MAGNUM's guitarist / songwriter TONY CLARKIN written on the Friday the 13th of August 1982 (get it Friday the 13th..) and also comes with 2 PAGES LABEL COPY INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRACKS - UNIQUE !!!!
As you can see the labels ARE HAND WRITTEN apart from the PORTLAND RECORDING STUDIOS LOGO which is a printed label.
The ACETATE was pressed in 1982 by JET RECORDS in the PORTLAND RECORDING STUDIOS.
The songs are: BACK TO EARTH / HOLD BACK YOUR LOVE.
This ACETATE is in VG+ condition (played ONCE, above average then most acetate I have seen from the period), TYPED LETTER + LABEL COPY 2 PAGES RECORDING INFORMATION are in EX+ condition (folded as was done originally).
