Looks like the whole Chicago Soul Music Mafia involved in this one - Written by Carl Davis & Billy Butler, produced by Gerald Sims and Marvin Holtzman and arranged by William Sonny Sanders. Two great sides from Dave Bupp and the M-Men.

Record Gradings Method:-
Mint (M) - New/unplayed condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent (Ex) - Signs of having been played but displays minimal deterioration in sound quality.
Very Good (VG) - Played many times. Surface marks & light scratches evident but no major deterioration of sound quality.
Good (G) - Noticeable deterioration of sound quality due to playing. Some distortion/scratches.
There is in some cases scope / tolerance within these gradings e.g. M- Ex+ VG+
