Madonna Unique 1-sided promo test 12" picture disc with a unique image of Madonna & no catalogue number or etchings on the runout grooves, pressed on very thick vinyl with no grooves on side B (the b side is thick plastic with marks), includes 1 Track (Music)
origin & year of release unknown, housed in a die cut sleeve
