MADNESS - I Do Like to Be B Side the A Side Vol 1 - RSD 2018 Vinyl LP MIINT.
First of three Madness B-Sides albums issued as part of Record Store Day, this one was released in 2018 and at 1000 copies is the most limited of the three.
As can be seen features the tracks: Madness, Mistake, Stepping into Line, The Business, Crying Shame, That's the way to do it, Memories, A Town with no Name, Shadow on the House, In the City & Don't Look Back. These tracks were the B-sides to the singles 'The Prince' (released in 1979) right through to House of Fun (released in 1982) - In the City is a Madness track not a cover of The Jam song.
I've played this once at the time of purchase, using a craft knife to cut the plastic sleeve in order to take the LP and inner sleeve out, otherwise the cover is still protected by the same plastic cover it was sold in. I have marked the inner sleeve condition here as very good purely because the top (3cm) and the side (1.5cm) of the inner sleeve both have small tears, size indicated in brackets. Sadly this is down to the fact that the paper sleeves created were thin and so 95% of LP's were sold like this.
I also have Vol 2 of this LP, covering the B-sides for the singles Driving in my Car through to (Waiting for) the Ghost Train. If you are interested in that also please let me know.
When mailing it will be despatched in strong cardboard mailer in order to protect the contents.
