Description
This is the RAREST UK 7” Single issued by MADNESS on the Stiff record label. This is ‘Baggy Trousers’ that does not credit Mike Barson on the label for the song.
Baggy Trousers was first issued with a green version of this label and later issues had this light blue label. All of these issues credited ‘Baggy Trousers’ to (G. McPherson / C Foreman / M Barson).
All of these issues were in fact incorrect and should not have included M Barson as a credit on the track. This mistake was also carried over to virtually all releases around the world.
Only at the end of the long chart run and immense amount of sales was this corrected. Hence there is only a VERY small amount of these singles which only credit (G. McPherson / C Foreman).
