FEEDBACK NOTICE...
For all practical purposes we consider ourselves to have a 100% feedback rating - and hopefully so should you, despite the 9 negative feedbacks we disastrously just received.
We have had the unfortunate experience of a notorious mean spirited (etc.) buyer who purchased many of our weekly listings, when he suddenly became manipulative in handing out unwanted advice which moved into relentless harassment - including threats to issue negative feedback unless demands were met, as in to send him upgrades for records he purchased, exclaiming unreasonable nonexistent issues, as well as his amateur understanding of pressings and labels. In his weekly bidding participation - he keeps the seller paralyzed over his threats of negative feedback "if something is not met in his demands."
We came to a point where this buyer became so abusive using personal attacks with foul language and insults, we declared, never again. He was blocked from our listings. He went berserk, writing and phoning stating 80 percent of our listings met his expectations -- untrue, in reality he complained about everything unless it was upgraded - at our expense -- then attempted to claw his way back to us to become unblocked. When we refused to give in, he followed in a tirade issuing us 9 negative feedbacks (the only negatives on our seller's profile) declaring on each negative potential damaging untrue statements about our merchandise and warning all buyers to stay away. We have a have a distinguished reputation with eBay Records for the past 20 years -he is the only ONE who has made such false claims. Some of the negatives given were absolutely for MINT records, others were SEALED and never opened! This is 100% obvious blatant retaliation for his being blocked, but it didn't end there.
Horrible e-mails have followed after he issued the negatives, ridiculing and gloating that he "got away with damaging our reputation on eBay", and that his goal is to continue to contact eBay and twist their arm in an attempt to get us banned from the site. He claimed he has contacts all over the U.S. and they would continue his dirty work for him. Sure enough, we have confirmed information that a friend of his bid on one of our records to be handed over to the blocked bidder. Because of that, we are anticipating more damaging negative remarks. Now there is an ongoing conspiracy concocted by this buyer in effort to undermine us at all costs by using any measure - all because we had no choice but to exercise our seller's right to block him.
Some other sellers on eBay have contacted us stating the same issues occurred with them by this same bad buyer. Others have contacted asking for his IDs so they can avoid having to sell to this obvious problem buyer. We were noted that he had 4 different alias ID's, with two of them being suspended. Why he is allowed to keep his other two active is a total mystery. In the words of one of the bad buyer's victims "I hope you guys can get him removed off eBay." We are in the process of working with upper management in eBay to rid this parasite from causing further discord in an effort to protect ourselves and the entire eBay community.
In the meantime, our plan is to continue our eBay ID and weekly music service listings designed for all the many great collectors who have supported our reputable hard work for the past 20 years on ebay. We truly appreciate your continued support, and on our part will continue to serve you and not allow this unscrupulous individual interfere with our love of supplying the world with the glue that holds us together....music.

OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 18,000 plus positive feedback. A KLAudio ultrasonic machine is used to thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Obscured By Clouds bridges the gap between Meddle and Dark Side of the Moon and is one of the most underrated albums by Pink Floyd. Forget the fact that this was a film soundtrack: it stands completely on its own. It is, in fact, the last non-concept album that PINK FLOYD would produce until A Momentary Lapse of Reason. Therefore, what the listener ought to focus upon is the power of the music within:
The theme of missing out on something and finding that from mystical sources is a perfect one for Pink Floyd – much more so than the less straightforward plot of ‘More’ where ‘Obscured By Clouds’ is a close cousin to ‘Wish You Were Here’ with its themes of travel, alienation and despondency (and especially the album covers of ‘people who aren’t there’ – on this album it’s more than just the valley that’s obscured). Although none of the lyrics used in the Floyd’s songs seem to having to do literally with the film, they are more or less all linked to this theme in some way. For only the second time on a Floyd album Roger Waters writes most of them too – in fact all but Gilmour’s song. ‘Burning Bridges’ is an Echoes-like pop symphony in miniature (whose melody is re-used in ‘Mudmen’) full of haiku-like metaphors for someone breaking out of their earthly bonds. ‘The Gold It’s In The...’ does at least start out following the film (and the possibility of a sudden gold rush), but Waters is in too much of a hurry to spoil the non-ending of the film and gets in a lyric about the joy and excitement of travelling to new places. ‘Wots...Uh, The Deal’ is an unusually ungrammatical title for a very poetic and curious song, one that pits the earthly necessity of having to earn enough money to pay for the spiritual things you discover. ‘Childhood’s End’ is a more paranoid song about losing your way in life and getting turned into a different person as an adult than the one you hoped to be when you were young. ‘Free Four’ is arguably the first autobiographical Roger Waters song, with the first mention of the death of his father in World War II (a conscientious objector forced to fight against his wishes and killed at the battle Anzio and gloomy references to the futile pointlessness of life when we’re all going to die some day anyway. Finally ‘Stay’ is an unusual story-song about the difference between a night before when the narrator falls in love with a groupie and she means everything to him and the morning after when he can’t even remember her name. Even this song is about identity, though, of ‘being there but not there’, of literally being ‘obscured by clouds’. Considering that the band only had two weeks to work on this project they nailed the key themes of the film pretty well and all the songs seem to fit together, somehow, much more so than on ‘More’ or even on a ‘proper’ non-soundtrack album like ‘Meddle’.
One problem facing the Floyd, at the time, was that they’d already started work on ‘Dark Side Of The Moon’ when they agreed to do the film and had indeed been playing the suite on the road for several months. The amazing thing is that ‘Obscured By Clouds’ manages to touch on almost all the themes of its better known twin (love, travel, money, religion, madness - of a sort) without stepping on the toes of any of the other songs. Indeed, it might be working on this album in such a sudden, uninhibited burst that helped shape Waters’ creative energy into what he really wanted to say. If there’s one song from the two albums that share their DNA, though, it’s ‘Time’ – the song full of ticking clocks reminding us to start living our lives instead of drifting through them because we only have a short time to be here (hence the French couple going out on their trek in the first place). One of the ‘Obscured’ songs – ‘Childhood’s End’ – even recycles the same clock-ticking drum pattern just to reiterate that point.
