Lynyrd Skynyrd Street Survivors LP MCA 3029 1977 Flames with inserts Excellent!!.
I am the original owner of this record and it has been well cared for in a smoke free home for all these many years. A huge Skynyrd fan, I bought this as soon as it came out. The plane crash was so sad. We all went to see “Grease” because there was a short film tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd before the feature film. The record company quickly pulled the original album and put out the cover which is the picture on the back of this album.
As for the vinyl I would grade the record as flawless and near mint. The inner sleeve is near mint and the original “tots” insert is in very good shape, just slightly folded on the edges. The outer cover is perfect on the inside and the front, back, and spine show mild wear. The bottom right hand corner on the back by the RIAA label has an “M52h” that appears to be stamped into the sleeve. I’m not sure what that is about. Maybe someone out there does? The spine clearly reads MCA-3029. See detailed photos of run outs for authentication.
