Description
Limited 1978 Atina Records Reissue of Skynyrd’s 1968 studio recordings “Need All My Friends” and “Michelle,” both recorded on Shade Tree Records. Believed to be the first Skynyrd recording, this is a nice notch on the belt for any collector of Classic Southern Rock and a must-have for the deep cut Skynyrd fan.
The vinyl itself is in very good (VG) condition, and the sleeve is in good plus (G+), condition. I’ve enclosed it in an MCA Records single sleeve, just as a fun historical bonus. It was not actually released on MCA, but was released by Atina to kinda ride the coattails of 1978’s “Skynyrd’s First and Last” album, which followed the tragic plane crash of 1977 and the subsequent end of the band.
