Segundo Romance - also known as Romance II - is the tenth studio album by Mexican singer Luis Miguel, released on August 30, 1994 by the WEA Latina label. It is the continuation of Romance, his album released in 1991, and has eleven versions of Latin ballads that were published between 1934 and 1993. In addition to the artist, Juan Carlos Calderón, Kiko Cibrian and Armando Manzanero co-producer were involved in the production. Of romance-. Recorded in mid-1994 at Record Plant studios in Los Angeles, California, the singer promoted the album with a tour of the United States and Latin America. Segundo Romance received positive comments from critics, who praised the production, the singer's voice, and the choice of songs. The album helped continue the popularity of boleros just as its predecessor had. The album garnered several accolades, including a Grammy Award for "Best Latin Pop Album".
