Grading Guide:

NM+= Looks unplayed/New

NM = Near Mint, only very minor flaws

VG+ (Excellent) = Great Shape, Collectable Condition, Above Average. 

VG = Average condition, Playing Copy, may want to upgrade someday, still a good solid record

Good: A bit below Average, usually only deal with rare LP's in this condition

Poor = Well... Poor. usually don't sell these.
