Ludwig Hoelscher Jubilee Album containing five NEAR MINT records with him performing on the cello: l. Schubert Trio Opus 99; 2. Ravel Trio 3. Beethoven Sonata for Piano and Cello Op. 69; 4. Beethoven Sonata for Piano and Cello Op. 102/1 Reger Sonata for Violin and Cello Op. 78; 5. Brahms Sonata for Cello and Piano Op. 99; 6. Saint Saens Sonata for Cello and Piano Op. 32; 7. Debussy Sonata for Cello and Piano; and 8. Schumann Fantasiestucke for Cello and Piano. He performs with Elly Ney, Walter Gieseking, Gerhard Taschner, Jorg Demus, Kurt Rapf and Karl Heinz Lautner. This is all recorded on the German audiophile label MPS. The sound is fantastic, rich, gorgeous. The records are all in NEAR MINT CONDITION, and the insert is near mint and the album box is EX++, showing a bit of shelf wear and handling. Great set. Please ignore the stated shipping cost and wait for my invoice before paying for the record, which will be shipped in a hard back cardboard box and covered with bubblewrap and floated on styrofoam bubbles.
