Despite reaching only #154 in the U.S. charts on release, this amazing album is regularly near the top in charts of 'Greatest Albums of All Time'.
This superb UK 1st MONO pressing dates from November 1967 release on the Polydor pressed Elektra label: EKL 4013

A superb set bearing just two faint spindle trail around the side 2 centre hole only
Visual/Audio: EXCELLENT +
Extremely clean deep-gloss playing surfaces bearing just two very light surface scuffs on side 1 strong daylight, but nothing at all on side 2.
Closer inspection directly beneath halogen light reveals a couple of small hairlines, a touch of inner-sleeve storage marking & a sparkling rainbow shine.
Played just once or twice at most, the magnificent mono mix sounds is completely unworn with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion.
The only distractions detected during play-check were a few clicks at the end of 'The Red Telephone' & some low-level vinyl background between tracks and some quieter passages.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A fully intact example displaying a vibrant, unfaded image beneath an unworn high-gloss laminate free from any 'thumbnail' wrinkles or creasing.
There is a slight wear to the corner tips and a faint bend to the lower right but are sharp, straight & unworn.
The real panel is just as clean & wrinkle-free. The small black mark on the top edge is a dried speck of glue from manufacture.
Both seams and smooth & intact and the spine is clean & fully worded.
