I am selling this UK stereo vinyl pressing of the classic Love LP 'Forever Changes' (EKS 74013).
I'm slightly confused by this item, as the vinyl features a big white Elektra logo, as opposed to the black one found on UK mono first pressings. And yet the deadwax features the matrix numbers EKS 74013 A1/B1, which suggests a first pressing. Perhaps it is the first UK stereo pressing? And yet the front cover does not feature the word stereo in the top left corner, as many do. Could it be that it's a stereo record inside the original mono sleeve?
I have no idea - I guess it's value will come to light when the bidding starts.
All I can say is that the record is in really nice condition, with barely a mark on it. There is slight wear to the spindle hole, but other than that I'm struggling to see anything.
The sleeve and spine are in good, solid condition with just very light wear and staining.
An awesome 60s classic in great condition!
