Description

Here is a super-rare privately pressed copy of Chicago native Louie Kotva's album It Used To Be That Not Everybody Was A Lighthouse on Prism Records from 1970.  This is a highly sought after loner folk record that has received high accolades from record collectors around the world.  The cover is VG/VG+ and the vinyl is a very strong VG+ and includes a two sided lyric sleeve that was glued together by Kotva himself.  Impossible to find and not put up for sale for at least a couple of years!  This is an exciting and incredible album!
