CONDITION: This record comes from the collection of the original owner, they are archival file copies from a booking agency (DRAM) that booked & promoted concerts in southern Ontario from the mid-1960s through the 1970s. Most of these records have never been played. 
GRADING: Records are inspected visually. In my estimation there is no such thing as a 50-year-old MINT record. That’s virtually impossible. So records graded at NEAR MINT are about as close to perfect as you are likely to find. Study the images and carefully review description and notes.
