Solid Thick & Heavy,  Light shelf wear on the Front & Back covers with a couple of wrinkles No ring wear, A saw cut by the Front top left corner,  Minor seam & corner wear No seam splits No rounding,  The Main seam (spine) is in Perfect condition,  Inside this gate-fold is in Near Mint condition / Comes with Original inner,  Just a crease by one of the corners,  No seam splits
