Description

Any country, any city even any village had countless bands like this one in the mid sixties playing the new beat music to provoke parents and anyone opposing it. 'Long Tall Shorty and the Spectacles' come from Hilversum in the middle of the Netherlands and had two 45's you never see except for astronomical amounts of bucks. 'The first time' starts with the singer saying 'Listen everybody. This is the worst record ever made' than diving into the kinda 65 r&b garage sounds that were put upon our country by the Pretty Things who then were about the number one band in the Netherlands. Fantastic stuff and really crude too. Other tune is raw underground bleusy beat. Disc is very strong EX, almost NM. Original two-sided sleeve is VG with waterdamage and some discolouration but it's there and it's original.
