Description
Black label with silver text. Groove in the record label varies from deep to single line. Vocalist "Little Miss Cornshucks" aka Mildred Jarmon with Riley Hampton conductor, arranger. Includes Sonny Thompson, piano; Walter Cole, bass Johnny Gray, Reggie Boyd, guitars; Phil Thomas, drums. Strings added on 5 tracks. Punch hole in the cover indicates promotional copy. Very rare.
Cover: VG 1" split on the bottom edge ant the insert edge. Name of previous owner written in the top margin of the back cover. Light aging on the back cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows very light wear with several short surface rub marks on Side 1, less on Side 2. These rub marks do not affect the sound. Only a very few light clicks and short intervals of light groove noise on Side 1. This noise is very infrequent and barely audible. No surface noise on Side 2. Overall, fine quality with only the small noise described. Audibly checked.
