This has the high audio quality of what other sellers regularly list as a 'NM' vinyl grade, especially on Discogs. These lazy sellers think "looks good, sounds good, NM". In my experience most sellers don't know how to follow the Goldmine grading standards correctly or accurately at all. It's physically impossible for that many records listed to be truly NM by strict Goldmine grading standards. I regularly open brand new sealed modern records that come with hairline marks or scuffs on them from manufacturing and shipping, immediately disqualifying them from being graded as high as NM ever, unplayed right out the shrink wrap. All of the existing vinyl plants are now constantly overbooked and their process has been hastened, quality control is not what it used to be at all. If you've been collecting records for a while then you've probably already observed exactly what I'm referring to. The only reason I didn't list this as NM is because it has a few minor visible marks that technically visually disqualify it from being graded NM on the Goldmine scale, but they don't affect audio meaningfully at all. This is a clear, dynamic, high-quality audio experience from start to finish. You can rest assured and buy with confidence from an honest conservative grader valuing accuracy and transparency.

Vinyl (EX): Grade heavily influenced by clean audio playback throughout both sides with excellent clarity and definition. Vinyl surface has some light hairline marks that don't affect playback audibly, however physically disqualify it from receiving a higher grade visually. These marks are illuminated under certain angles of light and for the most part are superficial and cosmetic characteristics of the vinyl surface, they do not appear to gouge or scratch deeply into affecting the integrity of the grooves. The lead-ins on each side and song transitions had a slight audible noise floor, but when the music is playing fully it is not noticeable or meaningfully present in the mix based on my playtest. No major pops or ticks throughout, very clean and high quality audio test playthrough. Vinyl lays almost perfectly flat, only a very small variance in vertical height is visible around the circumference; this very slight variance has no audible impact on playback or audio quality and is well within normal modern vinyl manufacturing tolerances. No wow/pitch change observed. Without strictly sticking to the Goldmine scale I would use 'EX' (Excellent) to designate records like this one that play at a NM level but have minor, non-sounding visual flaws that disqualify them from a strict NM Goldmine grade.
Jacket (VG+): Shrink wrap with hype sticker and pressing color label still adhered. Shrink was slit to access record and is receeded slightly from the jacket opening. There is a tear in the bottom of the shrink wrap along the edge that has led to a flap forming on the bottom right front corner where the shrink has been folded over itself and creased. Jacket overall in great condition and has been preserved by the shrink wrap for the most part. There is some whitening and fraying at the jacket opening and corresponding corners, as well as a small white fray coming off of the edge. Stock inner sleeve has normal handling wear and some mild ring wear primarily visible on one side. There is a small brown speck towards the upper left corner of the front cover, it could be a piece of debris caught between the shrink wrap and jacket and seems pretty inconsequential overall but worth mentioning for thoroughness.
Jacket graded conservatively as VG+. In my experience, copies listed as EX or better have had significant physical flaws that this jacket doesn't even have, like spine creases and severe corner crushing, which I've seen on recent sales. Those should've realistically demoted them, if we're being honest.
Insert (EX): 3"x5" band photo insert is clean, no visible creases or folds. The corners are slightly worn and not perfectly sharp.
This is a rare out of print record from the 1st and only pressing of it on vinyl ever, limited to a run of 500 in the 'cream' color.

Records will be carefully handled and visually inspected prior to shipment; however, vinyl naturally attracts dust/static and it is not possible to guarantee a completely particle-free surface during storage and transit. A light carbon fiber brush cleaning on each side is recommended and typically should be all that is needed before first play, though additional wet-cleaning methods remain an option depending on your personal preference and equipment setup.
Shipped in a cardboard LP mailer with vinyl record placed outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits. Jacket and contents will be protected using cardboard stiffeners, outer sleeves, and protective padding as necessary to minimize movement during transit.
