Description
I've recently purchased a large personal collection of jazz, blues, and soul/funk records,
dating from the sixties to the early nineties. Much of this collection will be listed here on Ebay.
I believe I'm through all the sealed ones, and now I'll list some of the remainder - there will probably be HUNDREDS!
This item is the 1962 album release by Lightnin' Hopkins entitled Lightnin' Hopkins On Stage. The record contains the following tracks: Katie May, My California, Honey Babe, Short Haired Woman, Little Mama Blues, So Long, Feel So Bad, Shotgun, Rollin' & Rollin', See See Rider, Mistreated Blues, and Abilene. The album sleeve has some light shelf wear and age discoloration, and the bottom seam is split about 3 inches at the open edge. Otherwise there are no tears, stains, peel marks, writing, or any other damage whatsoever. The record has a few light dust marks and some (inaudible) age discoloration on it and otherwise is absolutely spotless and shiny, with no scratches or scuff marks whatsoever. NOTE: There is what appears to be either a small chip or pressing blank flaw along the edge of the record (see the last photo). There is a small piece of the vinyl missing that isn't even the depth of the first lead in groove, and less than 2 inches wide. With a little careful cuing when playing the record, this won't be a problem at all. The issue number of this item is Imperial LP 9180. Minimum bid is $5.00 with no reserve!
