Lightnin’ Hopkins And The Blues LP 1st Original Herald HLP1012 MEGA RARE blues


Vinyl: VG+ side one visually looks very good with some hairlines / light scuffs in light, but no scratches, side two is similar with 1-2 slightly more noticeable scuffs, but also has an odd visual defect that looks 3-4 light stain spots (kind of looks like a beam of light), not too large and more noticeable when angled in light. Also in light theres a few small factory dimples here / there. These issues are only visual. The playback on both sides is very good with a light rustle between tracks and a couple VERY faint tics on side two track one (hardly there, but this is a rare album and we do not want to miss any details).  Overall really great sounding copy of an incredibly rare LP! No pops, crackle etc. Hard to find!


Jacket: VG shelf / age wear,  crease to upper right corner, small split off jacket opening on top seam about 2.5 inches (spine and other seam have a little wear, but no splits), name in pen on BACK of jacket upper left corner (“shub”).  See pictures.  Has a few issues, but still a very solid jacket for such a rare album!
