"Light into Dark" compilation LP
This is a near mint copy of this extremely rare 1989 compilation album on Halo Records (HALO 1001). Subtitled "A Chicago Music Compilation #1", the album features six of-the-era Chicago area bands who, at the time, were completely unknown. The album has since gone on to achieve legendary status because it features the very first recordings ever released by Smashing Pumpkins! Also features early recordings by Poster Children. The album also comes with an eight page booklet and a response card for you to rate the bands. Only 1000 of these were made and they are now virtually impossible to find.SEE PICS BELOW!
CONDITION -
Jacket: Sleeve: Very Good+ There is a small amount of creasing and a tiny price sticker(?) tear in one corner, otherwise the sleeve, which is still in the original (opened) shrinkwrap, is in EX+ condition; Booklet: Near Mint
