Description

Title: The Jazz Giants '56 - Lester Young with Vic Dickerson,Roy Eldridge,Teddy Wilson,Freddie Green, Gene Ramey, Jo Jones    -Norgran MGN - 1056 - Deep Groove Mono Recording.
 
Condition:

Cover is     VG++ to Mint -    ; The original hard jacket features near spotless lamination.There is a small (less than 1/2 inch) peeling  close to the bottom of the spine ( easily repairable). Also there is a stamp "57" on the front cover. Otherwise both the laminated front cover and the back cover are in  excellent shape.The seams and the spine of the record is intact.On the back cover  light wear due to age.

 

Record is Near Mint  ;  The thick lustrous vinyl is in great condition without scuffs or scratches of any kinds.The fidelity is superb,with no intrusive pops,clicks,or  any background noise.

 

The label is the yellow Norgran trumpet label and this  double sided deep groove mono US  pressing  is from from the mid to late  50's era.
