Description
This is the original deep groove pressing of Lester Young “Plays with the Oscar Peterson Trio” on the trumpeter labels of Norgran MGN 1054. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated David Stone Martin frame cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; the top seam has a neat 1 ¼” repair at the opening and a 1 ½” closed break at the center; ¼” wear at the top of the spine; ½” split on the bottom seam, at the opening; age toning on the back. Glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Oscar Peterson, Barney Kessel, Ray Brown, and J.C. Heard. $100.00...
