Description
Lester Young Lester's Here Vinyl LP First Pressing Yellow Norgran Labels Mono DG. Vinyl (VG+) - LP has been dusted, wet-cleaned using a Spin-Clean system, and play-graded. Not a scratch on it and any marks are superficial and only visible under strong light. Plays without skips and very minimal surface noise. First pressing on yellow Norgran Records labels. Deep-groove. Side A runout: MGN - 1071 A HI (all stamped) Side B runout: MGN - 1071 B (stamped) H I (etched) The HI in the runouts could be a block capital I and the numeral 1
Cover - (VG) No ring wear. The front cover is still glossy, but the back cover has pretty basic aging, including the beginning of some ring wear on the top. No tape, and no discount notches or holes, but there are pencil marks on the back cover, top right (see photos) There are some seam splits on the bottom only (see photos) - about 3" at the bottom right corner and about another inch in the bottom center. The two splits at the bottom are in danger of becoming one large split, only about 2" between them. The side and top seams are intact. Cover and LP will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve. The record will be shipped in a generic white inner sleeve (original sleeve is missing) separate from the cover to prevent further splitting.
