Items may be advertised elsewhere on forums such as Pinkbike - have a look & you may find yourself a better deal
I always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting'. In the rare event that an item fails to arrive I will arrange to claim with the mail carrier and re-imburse you accordingly. Please be patient while I do this as most carriers require a wait of at least 3 weeks before a claim is possible
In the majority of cases when I mark items as despatched this means they have been despatched on the same day
Depending on the size and weight of the item I normally ship via Royal Mail, Hermes or Parcelforce
Due to a recent bad experience with a buyer who abused the returns system I no longer accept returns on any items
