This is a very rare find for fans of late 60's biker flick soundtrack LPs. The Les Baxter - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack - Hell's Belles promo from 1969 on the Sidewalk label is a rare and collectible vinyl record. This 12" LP features soul, film score/soundtrack, and funkadelic styles, making it a valuable addition to any music enthusiast's collection.
The vinyl disc is graded Excellent (EX), and the original cardboard jacket is graded Very Good Plus (VG+). What I believe is the original generic paper inner sleeve with a torn inner cutout is included, but the disc will be shipped in the new high quality inner. From Wikipedia... Hell's Belles (also known as The Girl in the Leather Suit ) is a 1969 American biker film directed by Maury Dexter and starring Jeremy Slate, Adam Roarke, and Jocelyn Lane. It was written by R.G. McMullen and James Gordon White. A biker attempts to retrieve his stolen motorbike from a motorcycle gang. He is instead offered a biker girl in exchange for his bike.
I listened to both sides of this LP completely through playing on my audio-technica AT-LP60XBT turntable without issues. This record plays well and sounds great! This is interesting music from a 60's biker film with a cool retro looking LP cover to boot!
