Description

This is New Jazz Records 8244, Lem Winchester Another Opus, a purple label, original deep groove mono "preview copy" issue of this beautiful session featuring Frank Wess and Hank Jones, with RVG stamped in the dead wax.. The record is in near mint condition showing no almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The glossy cover shows a small bump on the upper right corner but is otherwise excellent and intact. The back has a "Preview Copy" stamp. The labels are excellent. A superb collector's copy of this rare original. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
