Cover : VG+, split to middle of bottom seam (neatly repaired), 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address on back
Vinyl : VG+/VG++, a feelable short scratch with light tick noises on track 2 side 1, a few & light scuffs and scratches, still plays excellent
